Tangle Ridge makes The Journal!

On Februray 1st, 2011 we attended the media launch of Culina Muttart.  It was a roaring success. Many of Culina’s local suppliers attended and had their products on hand for sampling. Chef Brad prepared our shoulder roast in a fennel brine and it was paired with some of The Jam Lady’s condiments; the most popular being the Jalepeno Mint jelly and the Saskatoon Chutney. Spring Creek beef was there and they had a wonderful roast, as was the Cheesiry, Yellowhead Brewery, Pinnochio Ice Cream, Mighty Trio Organics, and enSente Winery.

To top it all off, we were spoken quite highly of in Liane Faulder’s online Journal article. She is an award-winning blogger and well respected food writer. Check out the article:
